The Bible….The single most important book of our lives. It is our instruction manual on how to be with Jesus and our contract with Him. We have to follow the contract to a “T” and we can’t add or change the contract or the judge won’t recognize it. (Whatever we have added). We are going over the Bible in our class. While I am not a fan of memorizing chapter, verse, page number, how many words are in Matthew 10:2, etc, It is important to KNOW your Bible. We are going over the books of the Bible in class, when they were written, who wrote (penned) them, why they were written, and why they are important to our lives. There is nothing in the Bible that is unimportant and everything, EVERYTHING in there is written for us. It is a love story from the One that loves more than anyone. I think the students are fascinated and are learning a way to appreciate the Bible and the Author of it. Pray for us as we continue to study the Word and get it DEEP into our heart and our mind.
